Consulting Team Day
Team day following integration of two businesses to define themselves as one team. Creation of team purpose, using input from theory and practical and creative exercises. Defining success for themselves as a team and accountable behaviours.
Marketing Team Day
Team day for the marketing team of a data analytics business. Focus on influence and complexity, in particular building capability on managing in a complex, ambiguous environment. Theory and experiential activities and reflection. Developed using Jennifer Garvey Berger’s ‘Unlocking Leadership Mindtraps’.
National Charity Team Day
Team building day for the policy and communications team of a national charity. Following a period of change within the organisation, the objective was to build team cohesion and purpose in preparation for a forthcoming strategy setting workshop. Discussions included values, culture and resources.
EQ Workshop for Theatre Company
Emotional Intelligence for Actors workshop. Introducing emotional intelligence to a company of young actors. Experiential activities, discussion and reflection, to consider how to apply to their work and for them personally.

Delivered through the Trusted Coach Directory, presented a workshop for business owners on managing conflict.

Management development programme for Software Company
Introduction to Best Practice Management Skills and Behaviours, opportunity to build self-awareness and take responsibility. Topics covered included defining ‘great’, relationships and connection, coaching, feedback, managing conflict and delegation. Experiential sessions, with individual and group reflection and commitments. Following the two days, the cohort continued to meet monthly to share their management experiences.
Leadership development programme for Hi-tech company
6 day leadership development programme for high technology company. Tailoring and delivering as an associate to an international cohort of 20+ from across Europe. Experiential programme delivering challenging and complex experiential activities. Programme covered mindset, communication, influence, navigating in complexity, team management, coaching, delegation and leading change.
coach supervision
In supervision, coaches are invited into a safe space to reflect on their work and stretch their coaching practice in service of the client, their system and the coach themselves. Whether they need a place to restore, to be challenged, or to look in the ethical mirror, supervision balances these different needs.
We offer packages of One-to-One supervision sessions online or in person.
